    2026 Partner Participation Form
  • About MKELove

  • MKELove is a citywide campaign led by Project Kindred through Navigators. It helps young people connect to Milwaukee through relationships, opportunities, resources, wellness, creativity, community, and real experiences across the city.

MKELove invites young people to see Milwaukee as a place where they belong, where they can lead, and where they can build their future. It also helps partners work together so young people can move from one opportunity to the next with more support and direction.

  • About the 2026 MKELove Summer Kickback

  • Thank you for joining us for the MKELove Summer Kickback on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Kosciuszko Community Center, also known as Kozy Center, located at 2201 S. 7th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53215.

The MKELove Summer Kickback is one part of the larger MKELove campaign. It is a free community event for young people, families, partners, and community members.

The Kickback helps young people start the summer connected to programs, resources, wellness supports, creative activities, and opportunities across Milwaukee. Partners may participate by sharing resources, hosting activities, providing materials for health kits or resource tables, inviting employees and families to attend, or joining the larger effort to build stronger youth pathways across the city.

This event will connect young people and families to summer opportunities, wellness resources, creative activities, and community support. Please complete this form so we can prepare for your participation.

  • Shared Learning + Youth Pathways

  • Project Kindred is working with EYAAC and the City of Milwaukee to better understand how young people move through opportunities across Milwaukee.

Through Navigators, we want to learn what young people connect to, what they try, what they return to, what helps them grow, and what support they need next. This learning can help build a stronger youth development and workforce innovation landscape in Milwaukee.

Over time, this information can help organizations strengthen programs, make stronger funding cases, improve youth opportunities, and share what we are learning through reports, presentations, and possible future published work.

Information submitted through this form may be shared with Project Kindred, EYAAC, and the City of Milwaukee for event planning, partner coordination, and shared learning. This is not a formal data sharing agreement. We will not collect or share private youth information without the proper permission.
